San Francisco Garden Club
Founded in 1926, 350 members. Annual fundraiser benefits Conservatory
of Flowers, Strybing Arboretum, UC Berkeley Landscape Awards, City
College Alice Eastwood Scholarships. Civic participation: Fine Arts
Museum's Bouquets to Art, Filoli, Fall Antiques Show. Types of Programs:
Charitable, Conservation, Educational, Membership, and Native Plants.
The
Inverness Garden Club
The club works to stimulate the knowledge and appreciation of gardening,
provide college scholarships to qualified West Marin residents,
promote the beautification of our local community, and protect and
preserve native plants and habitats.
